Executive Job Description	Full service restaurant chain seeks a Field Marketing Manager in their Midwest market. This individual will be accountable for identification, development and deployment of marketing tools and programs to driving new revenue through increased frequency and PPA and deliver targeted ROI for the franchise community. The Field Marketing Manager must provide effective leadership in the areas of local/regional store marketing, identifying/forecasting market needs and developing customized solutions. The individual will partner with field marketing team to align marketing opportunities to drive consistency across regions. This position will report to a Senior Director of Field Marketing and can be based in WI, Memphis, TN, Detroit, MI or St. Louis, MO. Requirements: Successful candidate must have a marketing background in the restaurant industry with full service or casual dining restaurant chain experience preferred. Marketing experience at the local/regional level with demonstrated sales experience is a must. The individual selected for this role must have the ability to understand operational objectives and have the ability to develop marketing programs that build, enhance, and meet these objectives.
