Location: San Francisco California area.

To drive this growth, they are seeking a results oriented business development and strategy leader who strives for excellence. This person excels in a fast-paced, analytical environment and thrives in a company and industry undergoing significant growth.
This position offers the unique opportunity to make an immediate and substantial impact to the organization through: Critically important partnerships and business development deals Strategic analysis and recommendations for new business and markets to our executive team Leadership in M&A transactions, diligence or integration Long term potential to take on running a product, service or business line we acquire or develop Reporting to the SVP of Business & Corporate Development, this candidate will be part of the senior staff and expected to have long term general management potential.
*Responsibilities: Acquire new customers by identifying / developing strategic business development opportunities Drive strategic analysis and recommendation of new business opportunities / markets Lead or assist internal teams with 3rd party negotiations Lead & program manage corporate strategic opportunities across the company Be a key member of the Corporate Development team on M&A opportunities – including due diligence and integration Successful candidates demonstrate the following key competencies: Passion for impact and results oriented Fact based decision making Strategic Agility and keen problem solving skills Ability to influence and work cross functionally internally and with external partners Self directed and ROI focused leader Good project and process management skills
* Requirements: A successful candidate’s experience includes: 8-10 years of professional experience with an MBA from a top-tier school ***Business development role in a consumer facing company preferably an internet or e-commerce company 2 – 4 years strategy consulting M&A or venture capital experience and/or P&L or line function responsibilities
