Executive Job Description | Director,Contract Implementation (MO-CT-1823)
Director, Contract Implementation Develop and manage the contract implementation team for new business at the various health plans. Provide strong leadership and direction. Promote exceptional communication. Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Responsible for project goals and schedules. Determine resources and schedule for implementations. Working closely with the corporate configuration team, the Director will standardize the process for contract implementation. Plan, manage, analyze, design and implement projects. Oversee the development of provider materials for new market health plans. Analyze problems, determine cause and provide a high-level solution. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of health plan operations (contracting, claims, member services, provider services, provider data management) experience. Knowledge of health care claims contracting and configuration required. Management/leadership experience required. Must be available for travel as needed.
