In addition, he/she will have a minimum of 7-10 years at a senior level management position in a multi-unit retail, restaurant or healthcare company. Specific characteristics should include: • Executive level communications skills • Strong analytical and financial skills, and P & L experience • Ability to balance the numbers with a highly focused customer service/retail approach to healthcare • Passion for healthy living • Proven track record managing rapid growth, both in new store and same store, on plan and appropriately positioned for sustained performance and differentiation • Proven success implementing systems and standardizing processes in a retail environment • Ability to assess and process large amounts of information • Demonstrated persistence in overcoming obstacles, surfacing and solving problems
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA Required, minimum of 7-10 years at a senior level management position in a multi-unit growth environment
