Executive Job Description	Exciting and challenging role reporting to the General Manager and CEO of the nation's fastest growing PR firm. Qualified candidates will be extremely hands on, maintain at least 6 years of COO experience. Overseeing a staff of 40-50 people, the COO must be a born leader and possess high-level skills in strategic corporate communications, branding and positioning, media relations, and publicity. Agency clients include (not limited to) global interests, national corporations, regional businesses, government agencies, and academic institutions. Duties - Assist Preseident/CEO with day to day management tasks Assist in Management or Senior Level Managers and day to day managers Direct HR/Staff Recruitment Assiste with Financial Management of Firm Create proper marketing materials to market the firm Requirement Excellent writing ability Abitlity to establish and maintain good working relationships Creative, analytical, extremely organized and multi-tasker Leadership under pressure and in rapid growth industries
