Executive Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that the company standard business processes and IT systems achieve the lowest possible cost of controlling business operations. Excellent benefits and relocation package.

Role / Responsibilities
• High profile influential role, working closely with the business management to maximize return on investment and profit share.
• Lead and motivate a highly effective team delivering tangible business benefit.
• Implement, maintain and support standard operating procedures, business processes and IT systems with associated infrastructure.
• Drive continuous process improvement, standardization and cost reduction.
• Proactive structured mitigation of risk to the business processes and IT systems.
• Formal documentation of standard business operating procedures that adhere to the company culture and philosophy.
• Structured audit and formal reporting of compliance to standard procedures.
• Establish, monitor and maintain the company systems security policy.
• Develop and implement the standard business processes and IT strategy.

Skills / Experience /Qualifications
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experienced in structured business analysis, project, change and risk management.
• Experienced in the full systems development cycle including business analysis, design, development, project management and implementation.
• Hands-on individual, able to work at all levels of the organization with the drive and self motivation to get things done.
• Business process design experience and commercial acumen is essential together with a good IT knowledge.
• a working knowledge of logistics or distribution.
• College degree, masters preferred
Must be familiar with JD Edwards software.
