Requirements
- Current or former CEO or President of a $100 million + company, and has planned, implemented and consummated acquisitions in their industry. - The CEO has demonstrated a proven track record of substantial equity value creation, managing profitability and cash flow, acquisition experience, and deep industry knowledge. - The CEO is an entrepreneur, and has identified specific acquisition candidates or a specific sector they want to target acquisitions in. - The CEO has served as the primary creator of value, and wishes to lead another consolidation effort. - The CEO has well established relationships across his/her industry, and the ability to attract a core team of executives to the organization.
