Executive Job Description	Profitable, privately-held International frozen bakery products manufacturer in need of a dynamic CEO. This is an entrepreneurial setting requiring a hands-on, strategic leader. Company is committed to doubling revenues over next 2 years .Have total P/L responsibility and be responsible for all sales, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and financial operations for a multi-plant leader in the manufacture of fine artisan breads and pastries. Partner with Board and leadership team to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. Touch everything and lead evolution and change. Areas of importance are: • New Business Development…want to expand supermarket customer base in US • Manufacturing….need to develop better metrics to measure performance • Supply Chain….need to evaluate logistics and delivery operations • Process Improvement… • Infrastructure….need to evaluate talent base and needs to support 25% growth in 2010 The Requirements: BS a must; MBA preferred. 10+ years of business experience with a manufacturing and distribution business of consumer or food products that sell to supermarkets (e.g. bakery, cheese dairy). Must have a blend of marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership.
