Our client is a self-funded startup company, ready to take off.
The CEO will be expected to manage the entire operations of the company, including sales and business development and leverage investment contacts. With a solid foundation for the future, our client is now seeking to add strength to their leadership team.
The CEO will be responsible for the overall performance of the company. In that capacity, the CEO will be expected to work closely with the Parent company to craft a clear profitable growth agenda, based on a well-defined go-to-market strategy with definition around differentiated business models, functionality offerings, and measurable revenue and profit milestones.
The successful candidate must possess multiple years of senior management experience, preferably in a B to B software company. The ideal candidate would have an MBA from a reputable school and equivalent work related experience that have helped to prepare him or her to manage the responsibilities and fulfill the duties of a CEO. The candidate must have a strong and proven history of leadership, oral and written communication, analytical, management and presentation skills.
The successful candidate must have the ability to manage a cohesive, productive team; ability to work under intensive deadlines and across multiple departments; skills in interacting with staff, members and others encountered in the course of work. Do you like wearing multiple hats?
Experience in an ERP company guiding the development of consumer brands
ITSM business experience would be nice
Experience managing a large sales team.
Start-up experience would be ideal.
Direct experience with successfully creating and executing strategic positioning, creating brand platform, visual identity standards, product migration plans, and bringing brand to life through software applications, advertising creative, corporate Web site, and industry events
Demonstrated success in creating and executing detailed marketing and go-to market plans
Strong strategic skills as well as tactical expertise
