Executive Job Description	Business Development Manager/Director Life Sciences and/or Healthcare Entrepreneurial, energetic leader with demonstrated ability to build and manage teams of people focused in the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industry. Candidates MUST have a minimum of 4+ years experience selling Outsourcing services into the Life Science and/or Healthcare Industry and 12 years of Life Science/Healthcare industry experience.. • Responsible for Business Development and Sales of ITO, BPO/KPO and IS services into the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industry. • Extensive experience in business development and strategic planning with large Pharma/Healthcare companies • Excellent negotiation, Leadership/Management and presentation skills • Strong Relationships and references in the industry for demand creation and large opportunity pursuits • Relationships with Outsourcing Advisory and Market Analyst firms • Ability to lead and close large multi-MN multi-year pursuits • Create Lead Generation Programs - Manage & work with sales team on key pipeline new & existing accounts. • Responsible for Sales forecasting and execution planning. • Devise alliance strategy and conduct due diligence on potential partners/new business for major customer base expanding solutions offering • Experience in working in onsite/offshore model and ability to interact with global teams.
