Executive Job Description | Established Northwest Arkansas LOW VOLUME - HIGH MARGIN manufacturer is seeking a seasoned manufacturing professional for their Assistant Plant Manager.
This position will report to the Plant Manager.
Responsibiliites will include:
***Production
***Maintenance
***Materials
***Budgeting
Requirements:
*Must come out of a LOW VOLUME - HIGH MARGIN manufactuing environment (Appliance, HVAC, Automobiles, etc.)
*BS Degree Required - Business Degree or Industrial Engineering Degree
*5+ years of Manufacturing Management experience
*Operations and Capital Budgeting experience
*Must have expereince utilizing Lean and Six Sigma
