Executive Job Description	Company which finances tranportation assets needs risk officer for credit underwriting and transaction analysis. Understanding of and previous work with debt structures, complicated equipment lease structures, and loan syndications is needed. Company participates in commercial air carrier, rail and marine transactions and loan syndications of such bundled assets. Need BS degree and MBA most desirable or finance background in commercial credit with CPA also highlighted. No real estate work. Desire 8-14 years business experience in bank loans, commercial finance and equipment leasing. Must be very adept by previous track record in evaluating new credits in large debt structures and strictired finance. Base salary will be at or below the $140,000 annual salary level plus bonus. Northeastern New Jersey work location. Must be able to work in USA and be onsite at firm's HQ.
