We are currently seeking a vp Reimbursement Manager for an outstanding opportunity to join a swiftly growing & nationally leading company in Home Care Services! This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the decentralized reimbursement department including the timely, accurate submission and collection of all patient and customer accounts. Implements all reimbursement policies and procedures and corporate compliance policies. Has responsibility for meeting financial goals as established. Keeps the unbilled below company established reimbursement standards. Responsible for oversight of corporate reimbursement supervisors and staff. Verifies that all appropriate reimbursement paperwork has been obtained, completed and is accurate prior to billing. Responsible for training and monitoring the billing and collections staff. Successful candidates will have prior home health medical reimbursement management experience, including knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines. Exceptional supervisory skills are also required with prior experience in Home Care services such as DME, hospice, home infusion, physical rehabilitation, respiratory, oxygen, apnea, wound care, IV supplies, or pumps is beneficial. |
