Position Summary:
The Vice President, Asset Management works as a member of the corporate team to provide strategic direction to the Operating Company Management while monitoring daily operations and performance. Specific responsibilities include:
•Establish capital structure for operating companies
•Approve Operating Company budgets and acquisitions
•Analyze/recommend Operating Company capital spends and real estate transactions
•Provide Operating Company management with strategic plans, goals and direction
•Monitor Operating Company performance and liquidity
•Establish metrics and reports for measuring Operating Company performance
•Manage due diligence, acquisition and assimilation process related to new investments
•Establish contingency plans for negative variances to expectations
Education and Experience Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field, MBA preferred
•CFA/CPA designation a plus
•8-10 years progressive investment banking or private equity experience (supervisory experience a plus)
•Operations Management and/or Shared Services Platform experience a plus
•Experience communicating/presenting to Senior Executives
