Executive Job Description	Experience working with capital markets, cash and risk management. This role will also be responsible for cash management, corporate insurance (including but not limited to property, workers’ compensation, etc.) The Treasurer will also negotiate covenant agreements, manage banking relationships and credit position. This individual must be an expert level Excel user, knowing how to create models and put them together. Excellent communication skills are a must, as this individual will be the face of the company to both bankers and the press. Background or industry experience preferred: Investment banking (experience ideal, but not their only frame of reference) or strategy consulting. IPO or experience with a Debt Offering is required. This is a very hands on role.
