Executive Job Description	EXECUTIVE OFFICE SERVICES Human Resources Consultants POSITION: Tax Manager – Non-Profit – ACCT#344 LOCATION: Boston, MA Local Candidate Only – No Relocation QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Accounting 4 6 years experience working in a public accounting firm with a concentration in Tax. Minimum 3 years experience working with Tax Exempt Clients preparing and reviewing Form 990/990-T Preferred Qualifications: CPA certification or Masters in Taxation preferred. IRS representation experience on industry specific issues affecting the varied components of the not-for-profit sector. Successful record of building profitable, sustainable, client relationships. Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and engagement teams. As a Tax Manager in our Exempt/Non-Profit practice you will be responsible for providing and overseeing quality income tax services for the Firms diverse clients. Additional responsibilities include: Managing and driving the success of multiple engagements. Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients. Ability to manage within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction. Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise. Initiating cross selling business to other practices. Promoting new ideas and business solutions that result in extended services to existing clients. Keeping abreast of latest developments as they affect GAAP and the Firms standards and policies.
