Executive Job Description	Title: TAX Manager – CPA Firm (construction or healthcare) Location: Country (near Queens border) Pay Rate: 90-130k Description: Responsibilities • Provide clients with tax guidance regarding planning and compliance. • Implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives, corporate tax, pass-through entities, S Corps and industry focus; • Provide timely and high-quality services • Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business; • Develop and guide staff and other junior tax professionals by providing effective performance feedback and aligning team responsibilities with skills and developmental goals; • Enhance technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and applying them to moderately complex situations; Qualifications • CPA • Strong knowledge of the construction or healthcare industry • Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting; • (5) years experience in public accounting • (2) years experience as a tax manager Best Regards Christina Flores Right&Above 15717661960 cf@rightandabove.com www.rightandabove.com
