Executive Job Description	Syndicated Loans Executive (Arabic Speaking) Bahrain ¡V (attractive package) + bonus + bens There is an opening for an Arabic-speaking Syndicated Loans Executive who will report to Regional Corporate Banking Head and will lead a Middle East-based team of Credit Analysts with a regional scope. Key accountabilities include: ƒ€Evaluating Syndicated Loans and Project Finance proposals and submitting recommendations to the Credit Committee. ƒ€Managing Syndicated Loans and Project Finance formalities including negotiations with the borrowers, preparing draft offers and terms sheets, invitations to banks¡Ketc. ƒ€Overseeing administration and agency work for syndicated loans. ƒ€Ensuring the integrity and quality of client, market and industry data analysis ƒ€Setting business objectives, manage performance and provide leadership advice to a team Arial (Body) of Middle East ¡V based Credit professionals. The successful applicant will have a track record of success in Corporate Banking and relationship management , with a speciality in Syndicated Loans and Project Finance gained with international banks, and of leading teams of diversified cultural and professional backgrounds. He or she shall be a transparent and collaborative leader and will excel at communicating with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
