Executive Job Description | Supervisor, Financial Analyst
Global Pharmaceutical Industry Growth Oriented Opportunity Total Compensation to $115K
• Sustain financial responsibility for the Business Development organization and serve as a finance resource through the lifecycle of business development sourced assets. • Support the cross functional / department initiatives and is the lead system expert in utilizing SAP and other internal Management systems to support reporting activities. • Maintain the development of presentation materials to Management & ensure that all components of the business case align with the financials and the proposed contact language. • This position is a key finance opportunity which support the Business Development Team. • Analyze and create accurate deal accounting treatment as a result of existing contracts and possible new deals up for consideration. • Provide timely, accurate and well planned financial forecasts that allows management to effectively understand the spend for both new and on-going deals • Make sure all financial information is accurately represented in management communications and systems • Coordinate with Finance department to maintain all contact and other deal documents including, amendments, Management decks and actual invoices • Verify that financials are appropriately stated and develops commentary for consolidated results • Support the Finance Manager in the negotiation process and be aware of all current opportunities up for consideration
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting / Masters preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of related experience. • Pharmaceutical experience with Business Development is a plus
