Review of tax returns. Communication with clients and maintenance of client relationships. Management, development, training and mentoring of staff and seniors. Tax planning with a wide variety of clients. CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Oversee, train, and develop staff as well as provide informal and formal feedback regarding their performance. Review and maintain budgets. Keep partners updated about the status of the engagement. Maintain client relations. Answer various questions from staff that is working on engagements.
