Sr. Tax Manager – ACCT#341
Tax Position – East Coast Area
EMPLOYER:
Executive Office Services is privileged to partner with a several companies throughout the Northeast Area that is in need of Tax Professionals.
LOCATION:
New York, New Jersey, Westchester, Princeton
Local Candidate Only – No Relocation Provided
CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
CPA a must, MST preferred
6+ yrs of federal and state tax experience within BIG 6 public accounting or F500 company
Position(s) will have responsibility for management of all aspects of taxes for the company with a focus on the business units responsible for.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing completed individual, partnership, corporate, S-corp and trust tax returns; assigning work to tax accountants, monitoring their progress and workload; preparing complex returns.
Manage the tax process
Manage the quarterly and annual tax provision processes
Develop processes to streamline the international tax processes
Provide tax technical support to business units
Manage the tax compliance process
Assist in the implementation of tax strategies
Identify tax savings opportunities
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or related field required, advanced degree preferred, CPA preferred, but not required
Minimum 6-7 years experience in tax with an emphasis in taxes either in a corporation or a public accounting firm
SALARY: Based on Experience - $110K
