Executive Job Description | Senior Tax Manager - $110-150K + Bonus – CPA Firm – Will inform clients of tax implications for their business provisions and offer alternative solutions, while noting other methods of tax regulation compliance. Indirect supervisor while delegating to the assigned Teams. Potential responsibility for mentoring less experienced employees through instruction and review. Ability to provide information and resolution for complex questions. Ability to maintain client relationships as well as business development through marketing and networking. Executive level decision making for filing and preparation. Able to answer questions from federal or state agencies.
Four year degree in Accounting - Masters Degree in Accounting Tax, Taxation a plus – preferred 8+ years experience - Significant experience in supervising - Proven leader
