Executive Job Description	Title: Chicago - Senior Tax Manager F500 Real Estate 140K Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Full Time Salary: $130000 - $1400000 Suggested Degree Level: Bachelor Description: Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA or MST a MUST 8+ years of tax experience in BIG46 or F500 company ASC 740 experience required Local Candidates preferred Senior Tax Manager reports to VP of Tax. The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for preparation and review of income tax calculations required by ASC 740 as well as global effective tax rate forecasting. The responsibilities include: Manage the Company's U.S. GAAP Tax Accounting processes on a worldwide basis. Includes monthly and quarter effective tax rate calculations, quarterly and annual close, financial statement disclosures, and SEC reporting. Forecast and model taxes for planning and ETR analysis. Analyze complex transactions to ensure proper tax accounting treatment.
