Executive Job Description	Senior Management Opportunity Candidates must have a successful track record of integrating the trust and financial planning departments. Overview * Top tier, successful, wealth management firm * Senior executive management team member * Integrate, develop and manage financial planning and trust departments * Extensive communication with national heads of trust and financial planning * Position available in NYC or NJ Responsibilities * Provide strategic, high level planning and thought leadership * Work with regional and national SVP’s on strategic business planning initiatives * Coordinate trust, investment management, financial planning and other private banking services to expand fee based offerings * Manage and train existing staff of 25 professionals; add additional headcount as needed * Provide extensive guidance, direction and training toward successful business development strategies * Implement and oversee cross selling strategies between trust, financial planning and other private banking professionals Requirements * 15+ year’s relevant experience * Proven track record in growing a business unit * Excellent management and communication skills
