Executive Job Description	Plant Controller ($100-120K) for plant of international manufacturer of parts for auto and heavy equipment manufacturers. This is a large plant with sales of $250 million and 12000 SKU's including both manufactured and purchased parts. Some operations are continuous (24/7). The plant is non-union and employs 1200 people. The position reports to the Plant Manager with dotted line responsibilities to a Division Controller at another location. In addition to normal duties for such a position, duties include participation in a wide variety of decisions such as product pricing to customers, buy vs. make, etc. A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university is required along with a CPA or CMA license and 8+ years of manufacturing experience. The experience must include significant experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier.
