Executive Job Description	• Review, evaluate and test internal controls and performance metrics of corporate functions and company operations • Participate in all stages of financial and operational audit support – planning, fieldwork, and “wrap-up” • Act as controls consultant on process improvement/re-engineering teams • Appraise business processes and provide value-added recommendations to management • Develop audit policies and procedures • Drive process & controls improvements through risk-based audits • Evaluate key risks, establish audit objectives and scope, develop timetables and schedules and create audit programs • Set up controls processes • Perform operational field audits and process audits • Perform financial and operational audits of administrative, production, sales and distribution locations • Prepare and/or review draft investigative reports suitable for a court or litigation setting for discussion with management on findings and recommendations JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors Degree with experience in audit controls • Knowledge of process engineering methodologies and operational best practices • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify potential improvement opportunities • Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills, both verbal and written • Self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Must be self-motivated with high degree of initiative
