100-115K Base + Bonus Plan, organize, direct, and control the internal and external Sales channels for international business, including direct, indirect and distribution to achieve the Companys short and long term business objectives for the products and markets outside of North America.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direction and leadership for the international direct and indirect field sales organizations. Implement the sales strategy and tactics to ensure the Companys Sales goals and objectives are achieved. Develop sales and marketing plans that align with the corporate vision. Responsible for ship-set forecasting for each territory. Monitor, drive, and expedite major new business opportunities within the sales, engineering, and business development teams at the given brand facilities to ensure timely response, accurate technical assessment, and best possible proposals are delivered to customers in order to maximize win probability. Provide consistent onsite support to train, promote, and close customer deals alongside the local staff, agents and distributors. Source new distributors and assist VP, Sales in selecting new distributors. Act as a liaison for all communication between Connectors North America and international agents and distributors. Develop and maintain strong relations with international sister companies to foster intracompany sales of complementary products within their territories. Monitor stock rotation and develop stocking programs for distributors based on business needs. Evaluate agent and distributor performance against business and growth objectives and hold Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss Report Card performance. Support the international distribution organization in accordance with international distribution guidelines. Participate in regional trade shows with MARCOM. Resolve customer issues on price, delivery, and quality. Ensure consistent utilization of Sales Force dot Com (SFDC) in compliance with corporate use objectives. Coordinate Industry Management support for field visits as required. Responsible for mentoring, coaching, training and motivating the Sales channel. Provide information on territorial trends: market growth, market direction and competition
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree or job/industry related experience. 5 years connector experience. Five years of demonstrated success in managing multiple international sales channels Direct, Indirect and Demand Generation Stocking Distributors Demonstrated success of year on year growth in managing international sales channels 50% international travel
