Executive Job Description	Houston, TX Excess Casualty (Energy) Underwriter Position Overview The Senior Underwriter will be responsible for marketing, underwriting and servicing of new and renewal excess casualty energy accounts. Major emphasis will be on new business development. Essential Job Functions • Underwrite profitable Excess Casualty business for the Energy markets. • Enhance and maintain relationships with key producers in the Retail and Wholesale markets. • Capitalize on new business opportunities in the highly competitive Energy marketplace within the assigned territory. • Work closely with other company divisions in order to cross sell products and increase the overall market exposure of the enterprise. *** Interested candidates may send their resume in strictest confidence to: jkflynn@executivesearchcorp.com *** Requirements • Understanding of casualty insurance products (GL/AL/WC and umbrella) and contracts. • Energy and/or Excess Casualty underwriting experience highly preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree – preferred not mandatory • We ask only for the very best talent, and we compensate that talent here.
