Position Description Our Client is looking for a Senior Wealth Manager/Senior Broker with demonstrated success who would like to be a part of an exclusive team with a different approach to wealth management. Out client’s company offers a dynamic environment with tremendous growth potential not only within his/her position, but also within the company. The ideal candidate will have a book of business of one million, plus in one or two of the following Latin American Countries: Uruguay, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, and Mexico and will report directly to the Company’s CEO. The responsibilities will include:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients • Maintain relationships with existing clients as well as establishing a network of new prospects. • Contribute to the general development of a growing firm • Be well versed on the firms range of products and services, explaining and recommending products to clients as appropriate • Act as the client’s primary point of contact within the firm, building a long term personal relationship • Develop and maintain client files ensuring that the level of information retained meets the Know Your Client (KYC) requirements
Experience/Skills Required • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Finance • 5-10 years of related financial advisory experience to Latin America clients • Strong business development and relationship management skills in conjunction with expertise in a wide range of investment and banking products • Existing book of business required • Track record of generating meaningful fees in private transactions and or public equities • Polished communication skills • Bilingual : English and Spanish • Series 7 & 63
Compensation The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications. |
