Executive Job Description | Powerhouse financial services firm, recognized globally for innovative client services and account retention, seeks to acquire an exceptional talent to oversee a group of products and supporting staffs. The central responsibilities will include:
•Facilitation of finance clarity on overall P&L management;
•Provide assistance to the financial management of new product / service offerings or proposed product enhancements;
•Work with operations to provide value-added service thru increased efficiency and operational excellence;
•Lead / participate in the research of product concepts and ideas, bring insight to cost of deliver, pricing, operational integration and prospective ROI;
•Will be expected to develop and present ideas and recommendations to senior management, that enhance business and delivery models, add value to current and prospective customers, while contributing to the growth of the business;
•Drive resolution for all issues related to the development and maintenance of the products;
•Coordinate with marketing, relationship management, operations, training, compliance and legal, related to the launching or maintenance of the products or new related initiatives;
•Interface with finance with respect to ongoing profitability of product offerings;
•Work with Sales, Training and Marketing on business plans to drive sales of products;
•Perform advanced research and analysis on the competition and customer needs.
Required Profile:
•Must have a stable employment record with a solid record of tenure and advancement
•MBA / MS strongly preferred, CPA or eligible required
•10 to 15 years experience in financial services is required
•Documented expertise with financial modeling
•Knowledge of product development and pricing are important
•Strong communications skills are essential
•Relationship management skills / experience is required
•Strong negotiation, sales and consensus building skills are required
•Proven track record of contributing at an executive level with strategic input
•Documented financial and analytical expertise demonstrated in having achieved enhance efficiencies and profitability
