Executive Job Description	Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study plus five years experience in the position offered or as a Financial Planner/Analyst, Business Analyst, or Finance Manager. A Master's degree plus 5 to 7 years experience may also be accepted. Position also requires demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis at a public global company; strong excel financial modeling and analysis skills (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow); knowledge of Hyperion Planning & Essbase; strong project management and process improvement skills. Ideal: Someone with a top school MBA – 3 to 6 yrs tenure and manufacturing finance experience! Create and maintain company long and short-term financial P&L, Cash Flow models. Provide monthly analysis of company financial results (versus plan, versus prior year, trends). Manage coordination and consolidation of monthly company level P&L and Cash Flow forecasts. Assist in driving annual company wide global planning processes. Drive continuous improvement and automation of key processes, Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to drive business decisions.
