The Finance Director is responsible for all financial activities related to very large telecom account and serves as an advisor and partner to the divisional VP and high level executives with full management of the divisional P&L. This is a customer facing position with a high level of exposure and visibility within the company.

Glimpse of Responsibilities and Abilities
• Highly visible, sole finance leader for large customer
• Administer and maintain the customer business agreements
• Prepare, negotiate and sign orders for each new deal or project
• Manage the business plan of the account including revenues and expenses forecast
• Conduct financial escort for complex contracts including face to face negotiation with financial and/or procurement counterparts
• Prepare quarterly and year-end management reports and analyze statistics reflecting earnings, profits and other financial results
• Provide effective and productive financial support for business development
• Manage the account’s cash-flow (Invoicing and collection)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years in a Financial Executive or Leadership role
• Financial experience in the telecom, software or high tech industry required
• Must have customer facing experience
• Proven record of success in corporate finance/accounting as well as success in advising internal and external colleagues on financial matters
• Strong analytical capabilities including ability to create and manage complex financial models
• Strong negotiation skills required
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence strategic direction
• Experience and skill working with external customers at a high level
• Position can be based in Kansas City, Seattle or Jersey City. Relocation package provided if needed.
