Executive Job Description | Finance & Accounting Re-engineer Job Summary The Finance & Accounting Re-engineer is a process consultant with expertise in guiding business transformation initiatives through process Re-engineering and organizational change. The Finance & Accounting Re-engineer is comfortable interacting with C Level Executives and experienced in executive alignment and coaching methods. Candidates should be located in Chicago, Dallas or Denver This new role requires experience in the following six major skill sets: • Finance & Accounting operational experience (CPA or equivalent preferred) • Big Four Process Re-engineering & Consulting • Finance & Accounting Best Practices • Shared Services • ERP design and blueprinting Job Responsibilities: The Finance & Accounting Re-engineer is responsible for the following: • Lead Transformation engagements in one or more process areas • Coach and Align Executives • Develop a Case For Action and align leaders around it • Develop a Vision & Value Proposition and align Leaders around it • Develop an Operating Model and align Leaders around it • Develop a Transformation Roadmap and align Leaders around it • Develop a Business Case and align Leaders around it • Perform Process Analysis and Measurement • Redesign processes and apply best practices • Design shared services models Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years relevant consulting experience Minimum 15 years overall experience Process Consulting Experience Process Re-engineering & Best Practice Process Measurement including the Balanced Scorecard Cycle Time Analysis Quality and Value Chain Analysis Preferred Business Focus Areas Record To Report Order To Cash Procure To Pay Application Experience Candidates should have completed multiple ERP implementations. Knowledge of ERP enabling capabilities and experience in Oracle, SAP and or PeopleSoft implementations, Oracle preferred.
