Executive Job Description | We are working on locating a Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Operations for a three hospital system located in the southeast. This Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Operations will report to the Corporate CFO and be responsible for three direct reports and 300 indirect reports in the areas of Access, Scheduling, Counseling, Cash Posting, Customer Services, Health Information Management, Billing, Collections, Denial Management, Coding. CDM reports to a different area.
To be considered you must have front, middle and backend experience.
The organization went through a turn around from $32M in the negative to breaking even. They have over 180 days cash on hand, the hospital(s) can operate on Medicare Revenues alone (which is awesome), the cost structure is under control and now they need strong talented people to advance the organization's footprint in the market. One of the primary reasons for the success is due to the new CEO, he knows what he is doing and he is very focused on operations.
