Executive Job Description	Divisional Finance Manager Global Pharmaceutical Industry Industry Leader Career Path Opportunity Total Compensation to $140K • Act as the key financial contact for all Ad Hoc requests from division HQ for Core R&D / Portfolio. • Recognize, communicate and quantify in financial terms key risk elements associated with the product opportunity and appropriately reflect risk components in financial analysis (ie: development, regulatory, commercial / legal). • The individual will be expected to support key strategic decisions for the business and liaise with various members of Management. • Serve as a key finance lead to help support the decision of all programs considered for the Portfolio selection. • Manage the R&D P&L consolidation process and ensure calculated results are submitted and represented correctly on both a local & Consolidated basis. • This position will report to the Director of R&D Finance. • This position will help provide strategic guidance to the functional heads, Finance Leadership and Sr. Management team through financial analysis of portfolio opportunities. • The candidate will manage all day to day financial aspects in support of both groups in addition to supervising the Sr. Finance Analyst of R&D. • Make accurate and timely well planned financial forecasts that enable management to effectively track and understand the spend for the R&D organization . • Support each business function in establishing and maintaining dashboards that actively track the progress and success of their function. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting • MBA preferred. • 7 to 10 years of Finance Experience in the Branded or Generic pharmaceutical business. • Strong analytical and leadership skills. • Past Portfolio Valuation or Business Development finance support experience Preferred.
