Executive Job Description	Requirements: BS Accounting or Finance, MBA or MS desired. 10+ years of credit management experience in manufacturing. 5+ years of supervisory experience at a senior level. Accounts receivable responsibility of at least $250 million. Job Description: Our client is a $1 billion manufacturing company with multiple locations. Reporting to the CFO this position will manage the credit, collections and cash applications across multiple business units. The position requires strategic and tactical skills in managing long-term goals while communicating directly with key customers regarding credit issues. The position also requires demonstrated skill in process improvements and the design of key metrics by which they are measured. Position requires a ‘roll-up-the-sleeves-attitude’ with a desire to get into the details, overhaul the process and upgrade the department. Candidates local to Philadelphia PA are desired.
