Executive Job Description | DIRECTOR, CLAIMS OPERATIONS - TEXAS
Forward-thinking, tech-savvy executive needed by managed care organization to expand current and future operations. Director will set the strategic direction for claims processing center. Directing daily operations will include oversight of the workflow of department within the operating plan budget, monitoring and analyzing costs. Respond to customer service issues that require management intervention, and insure that all customer service functions of the department meet or exceed expectations. Mentor and develop staff.
Requirements include Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in overseeing and developing claims operations. Prefer managed care and/or Medicaid claims processing experience. Management experience required.
