Executive Job Description	JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: On behalf of a global, growing precious metal miner and explorer, I'm searching for a Corporate Reporting Manager. This non-supervisory role, located in Denver, reports to the Corporate Controller and is responsible for: Managing the preparation of monthly financial results and quarterly corporate consolidated financial statements, including quarterly and annual filings of financial statements and MD&A for internal and external distribution; coordination and review of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations prepared by Business Unit personnel; and establishment and maintenance of corporation-wide tax compliance filing schedules, among other duties. This role coordinates with international business unit Division Controllers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: B.A. or B.S. in related field required. Big Four experience required. IFRS and Canadian exchange rules and mining experience required. International tax accounting experience and CA or CPA preferred. International travel requirement of 25%. Denver area candidates highly preferred. YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED: B.A. or B.S. in related field.
