Executive Job Description	CORPORATE CONTROLLER I’m retained by a manufacturer in the Midwest to source a Corporate Controller. The client is in growth mode and will be near the $350 million dollar range in the next 3 to 5 years. They are profitable with very little debt! They desire a self-starting empowering leader, hands on type that can lead an experienced department. You will need to be a team builder, trainer and change agent. The status-quo has to go and you’ll need to be a stickler for challenging everything. You will have the autonomy to make changes as you see fit. Controller with CPA in a $70mm+ manufacturing company preferably with multi-unit expertise. They need a person with proven skills in cost accounting and possess the ability to develop and maintain cost accounting systems. Additionally have GAAP and good ERP systems knowledge. Some intelligent software applications experience such as Hyperion or Cognos is desired. The accounting department consists of approximately 6 and you’ll report to the CFO. B.S. Accounting with CPA is required. Base salary range to $100k with a discretionary bonus. Additionally a relocation package consisting of packing and moving, temporary stay will be included.
