Executive Job Description	Job Description: Rapidly growing regional Home Health Care organization with 12 offices in California with near term plans to expand nationally. The selected candidate will wear many hats in this entrepreneurial spirited organization with a real focus on automation and process improvement. The Controller will be responsible for various aspects of financial reporting, including consolidation of multi-company financial results, technical analysis, monthly analysis of financial reports, support of the annual budget plan. The Controller will be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the technical and financial analysis more robust and the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate. The ideal candidate can grow into successively challenging leadership roles with the company. Key Job Responsibilities Heavy emphasis in proper billing and collection Experience with Medi-Cal or private pay insurance strongly preferred. Strong focus on systems and automation including EMR Financial reporting , analysis and cash flow projections Manage team including Billing Manager, Supervisor and support staff. Must know Quickbooks Qualifications: 10+ years experience in a Financial Manager/Controller role Any prior experience in the healthcare industry particularly in Home Health a big + CPA preferred Track record in insurance billing& collections
