Executive Job Description | Chief Financial Officer (manufacturing), Ft. Lauderdale, FL to $200K ***Must live in FL ***
Established manufacturer in the Ft Lauderdale metro area has need for an effective Chief Financial Officer. This position will partner with the CEO, COO and SVP of Operations in evaluating potential acquisitions and/or mergers. Additionally this position will develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reporting and cost/benefit analyses. Manufacturing industry background and substantial debt restructuring (dealing with financial institutions) experience required. Prior systems conversion involvement desirable. CPA and/or MBA preferred. ***Must live in FL and have manufacturing experience!***
