The Company offers a broad range of services necessary to build, operate, and maintain large facilities and infrastructures. Services include construction and maintenance of industrial plants and equipment, including new construction, plant extensions and conversions, modernization and repair services. THE POSITION The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the senior financial executive and will report directly to the President. EDUCATION CREDENTIALS An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA required; MBA desirable MANAGEMENT/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate must have: • Previous CFO (or VP Accounting & Finance) experience and have been in the senior functional role. • Experience in public accounting. • Experience working in a B2B services company, ideally with “in-plant” focus.
