They are looking to find a CFO who will report to the CEO and supervise a staff of up to 80 with 7 direct reports in all aspects of the financial and fiscal management of the plan operations. This role provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the health plan.
You will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, controls, reporting, underwriting, medical informatics, actuarial services, membership, billing, and policies and procedures. You will analyze financial results and provide management with reports regarding the institution's financial performance and the financial effect of business plans and strategies. Accounting, Finance, and budget.
The health plan has been in business for 30 years. You will inherit an AWESOME team that's open-minded and a lot of fun. The plan offers everything except Medicaid. 270,000+ represented lives.
