Executive Job Description	Fortune 500 – NYSE Worldwide Headquarters Salary: $150K plus Bonus Northern New Jersey Position Summary: Assist in directing the preparation of the annual budget and long-term strategic operating plan. Oversee forecasting, planning and reporting activities. Support leadership through the delivery of synthesized financial information applicable to the business environment. Lead analysis of anticipated consequences from key business activities. Has a strong, direct impact on business strategy development. Enforce compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls. •Helps direct and oversee budgeting, planning and forecasting activities for the global organization •Monitors and reviews financial and other operational metrics and performance targets that support strategic and long range planning •Monitors, maintains and enforces compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations •Responsible for financial support to $400MM Division – Budgeting/Forecasting/ Management Reporting/Cost Efficiencies/ Plant Operations/Revenue & Margin Growth and Manufacturer Cost Reductions. •Provide full financial support to $400MM Global Division •Strategic Plan, Forecasting & Projections. Job Requirements: •10 to15+ years of experience in finance and accounting •Global experience with Manufacturing Operations/Plants •CPA/CMA preferred •MBA required
