Executive Job Description	ACAS to FCAS, 8 plus years experience. A candidate whose resume will attract clients, strong knowledge of the Med-mal lines of business and who has solid experience in the line. Candidate must be a seasoned professional in this discipline. This position will be essential to development of existing untapped internal captive business leads. This will not be a ‘cold-calling’ position as leads will be developed from internal Captive business that are currently under served internally and are currently pushed out to other insurers. Expected salary range is between $150-$200K Base, and may be considered to be worked remotely, depending on prior background, experience and leadership skills of candidate. A consulting background would be most ideal.
