Executive Job Description	Accounting Operations Senior Manager needed for Florida Aerospace and Defense facility. Works with management team to identify, plan for and develop strategies, services and activities to build the infrastructure to support current and future customer needs globally. Assist with global accounting and budgeting oversight and consolidation wherever applicable. Bachelors degree required in Accounting with international accounting experience and/or international business background. 5 to 10 years experience in managing people and running an operational function in an operational or a finance function, preferably a shared services environment. Experience in leading accounting oversight and the financial analysis in areas of budgeting, pricing models, business case analysis, and cost/benefit models. Experience with process improvement methodology and a champion of seeking improvements. Willing to travel internationally and relocate. Candidate Must Have: Bachelors degree required in Accounting with international accounting experience and/or international business background. 5 to 10 years experience in managing people and running an operational function in an operational or a finance function. Experience working in a shared services environment. Experience in leading accounting oversight and the financial analysis in areas of budgeting, pricing models, business case analysis, and cost/benefit models. Experience with process improvement methodology and a champion of seeking improvements. MBA preferred; PMP certification is a plus. Relocation: Yes Standard Company relocation package.
