Executive Job Description	The Mechanical Engineer develops product concepts that support strategic initiatives while meeting technology trends. Performs FAE analysis for new product Responsible to provide engineering methods of computer modeling technology based on product function. Maintain and develop engineering calculation programs using Visual Basic. Provide technical expertise on noise and vibration related area. Prepares information as needed in the design documentation process including product function and specification. Responsible for determining component requirements appropriate to product. Plans, develops, and participate in experimentation and tests related to product development. Responsible for determining root cause of product nonperformance utilizing appropriate test equipment. Will initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels. BEST INDUSTRY – Manufacturing BEST DEPARTMENT – Engineering Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. 7+ years experience working directly with customers. Previous and successful selling experience with engineering concepts is required. Advanced knowledge of compressor designs and concepts is required. Previous experience developing plans to prioritize and resolve customer issues from various sources. Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Candidate must be autonomous (self-starter) and able to problem solve. Desire to continuously seek improvement in existing process. Adept PC skills with a strong knowledge and previous utilization of project management software (MS Project) are required.
