Executive Job Description	The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for the cooling designs of advanced, film cooled gas turbine airfoils from the preliminary engine design phase, through detailed design, development, certification and manufacturing. Perform heat transfer, fluid flow, CFD, structural and optimization analyses. Additional responsibilities include mission life and validation analyses. Interface with several internal and external customers, including manufacturing, overhaul facilities, customer support, and airlines. BEST INDUSTRY – Aerospace/Defense BEST DEPARTMENT – Engineering Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics is required. 6+ years in aero/thermal or structural design/research is required. Proven success in working in a team environment is required. Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) are required. Candidates must be open to relocation to the East Coast. Candidates must be either current US Citizens or Green Card holder.
