Executive Job Description	This client is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on, engineer to lead the reliability program for advanced thermoelectric semiconductor devices and fully integrated cooling and power generation systems. This role is responsible for all aspects of device quality from development through qualification and manufacturing. Responsibilities • Qualification of technology platforms and new products • Develop and establish qualification requirements • Perform failure analysis and drive corrective actions • Interact with technology development, device and manufacturing teams • Engage with internal and external customers on reliability issues Qualifications • MS or Ph.D in relevant engineering fields with 5-10 years of experience is preferred. • Understanding of semiconductor device physics • Knowledge of JEDEC and MIL standards and the accompanying tests • Proficiency in statistical analysis methods and software packages (i.e. JMP, Minitab, etc.) • Strong communications skills and project management expertise. This client, headquartered in the Raleigh - North Carolina, is commercializing advanced thermoelectric materials and devices designed to dramatically improve the efficiency of heat-to-electric energy conversion. My client has closed a $10 million series B investment from major investor and was also awarded a $3 million grant from ARPA-E in the inaugural funding solicitation.
