The key deliverable will be to create and improve the ACE - Achieving Competitive Excellence - standards across a critical engineering discipline by coaching and mentoring Black Belt Engineering and ACE candidates in the application of ACE tools. Your goal will be to improve discipline engineering standard works by creating a discipline for work completion that realized minimal waste while ensuring processes deliver high quality solutions which meet design standards.
This includes: providing skills training and mentoring on Producibility and ACE topics including but not limited to ProCert, P/FMEA, DIVE, RRCA, DFV, DOE, VSM, RedX, DFSS, Lean Product Development, etc. and that includes class instruction as appropriate.
Heres a Summary of What Youll Need:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt or equivalent.
At least 7 years related experience in technology manufacturing and engineering environment.
Background in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Minitab, JMP, Crystall Ball, iSight and other statistical modeling and analysis tools.
